Salmon Recipes: Cracked Pepper and Olive Oil

Since mentioning the ease of cooking salmon, I thought I would post some easy recipes for you to try at your own home. For this one, it is really simple. All you need is your piece of salmon in a foil tray. Drizzle the olive oil across the top. I have found that the less you put on, the more it keeps the fish tender. Cover the length of the fish with the desired amount of pepper. I toss some carrots in the foil tray as well. Cook at 375 in the oven, or on your grill at Medium with the center burner off, for roughly 17 minutes per inch thick in the oven, 12 minutes per inch on grill.
