I love salmon. I have been told the easiest method for preparing it I have ever heard, and thought I would pass it along. Wrap it in tin foil packet, add a little olive oil and whatever seasoning, toss it on the grill or in the oven. No need for that weird fish holder for the grill. It keeps the salmon very moist and the flavor is just soaked right up. For me, I found 12 minutes / inch on the grill at 425 degrees without center burner. For the oven, 375 degree for roughly 17 minutes / inch. Be sure to check frequently until you have done this a few times as cooking times may vary. Happy eating!
