If you are not familiar with TV on the Radio, you might want to consider it. This band has been changing the landscape of modern music for years now, and their latest album continues their redefining ways. Dear Science runs many genres together without making you think it is just a lift of a specific sound. Somehow, TVotR manage to meld different styles into something of their own.
IZU - Your new Favorite Band

IZU are amazing. They have an album available through High Point Lowlife which kicks my ass with every listen. As described, they do have crunchy beats with such an infectious hook that I cannot stop listening to them. The energy creates a gravity which you cannot escape. Be sure to check out Polish Trouble if nothing else. It devastated me. While you can download the album on .mp3, the actual disc delivers a fuller, richer sound. Buy it if you can. You will not be disappointed!
